Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are hiring an BD Coordinator with hands-on experience from ship management companies, crewing agencies, or maritime operations. In this role, you will support our business by connecting with clients and handling client relationships. Your day-to-day work includes contacting potential clients (ship owners, operators, management companies), sending emails about our services, following up on inquiries, attending meetings and industry events, coordinating between clients and our operations team, and maintaining client records. You will use your operational knowledge to explain our services and understand client needs.
Requirements: 1-2 years experience working in operations at ship management companies or crewing/ shipping agencies. Must understand maritime operations, documentation, and how the industry works.
Good communication skills in English, organized, and comfortable with client interaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of experience within the maritime services industry.
Exhibits a strong understanding of maritime operations, shipping processes, and relevant regulations
Holds relevant certifications
