Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans tailored to market trends and customer needs.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic sales team to exceed targets while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to refine approaches and identify new opportunities for growth.

  • Liaise with and manage key vendors to ensure smooth ordering, operations and compliance with brand principal requirements.

  • Research and develop strategies for market entry with new or existing products in new or existing markets.

  • Key Account Management, working with clients to ensure needs are met, while laying out the pathway for mutual success.

  • Understand product knowledge, and lead training for sales team on product knowledge.

  • Manage and lead marketing strategy for the brand, starting from budgeting according to mechanisms agreed with brand principals, to sourcing, liaising with stakeholders (if necessary) and execution of marketing & advertising strategy.

  • Evaluate and assess potential products and brands for future expansion by conducting market and pricing analysis, developing and updating value-chain and feasibility models, and collaborating closely with senior management to support informed strategic decisions.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred for advanced strategic insight.

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience in a FMCG trade in UAE, demonstrating a track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals with specific experience in Sales Management in Modern Trade / HORECA.

  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams and driving performance through motivation and empowerment.

  • Highly driven self-starter with a strong work ethic, committed to continuous personal development while consistently pushing beyond targets to accelerate the company’s growth.
