Position: Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Middle East region for IT Consulting & Development, ERP solutions, and custom software development.
  • Conduct cold calling and outbound activities to generate leads and expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in IT sales.
  • Experience in cold calling and outbound sales activities.
  • Understanding of IT services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with the Middle East market and business practices.
  • Arabic language skills (preferred, but not mandatory).
