Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and how your solutions fit.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through targeted market research, leveraging industry insights to open new business avenues.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes and approaches, fostering a culture of innovation within the business development team.
  • Facilitate internal communication among departments to ensure alignment on client needs and the delivery of services.
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to establish a presence and cultivate relationships that can lead to business opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance business strategies and achieve targets.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive lead generation.
  • Craft tailored proposals and presentations that clearly articulate the value proposition and address client pain points.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Should have B2B and B2C sales experience
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for understanding market dynamics.
  • Preferred experience in the specific industry of focus, allowing deeper insights into market challenges and client expectations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, vital for engaging clients and articulating complex ideas clearly.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, showcasing the ability to drive initiatives and overcome obstacles independently.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in markets where specific languages are prevalent, enhancing client relationships.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, capable of inspiring and motivating team members towards achieving collective goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to addressing client challenges and delivering customized solutions.
