Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Generate leads and convert them into successful sales Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery Maintain regular follow-ups with clients Monitor market trends and competitor activities Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Proven track record in achieving sales targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage Preferred Skills
