Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the landscape industry, focusing on high-value projects and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, developers, and property managers, to understand their needs and tailor solutions.
- Lead the preparation and presentation of compelling proposals, bids, and presentations, showcasing the company's expertise and value proposition.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas within the landscape sector.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the landscape industry, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
Demonstrates a deep understanding of landscape design, construction, and maintenance practices and trends.
Exhibits strong negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
