Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new clients to expand the customer base by Promoting and selling courier and logistics services to customers.
  • Analyzing competitor offerings and market positioning to inform strategy.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies tailored to ecommerce fulfilment services.
  • Work with senior management to set and achieve growth targets.
  • Identify and approach potential clients, including online retailers and brands needing fulfilment services.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations to pitch fulfilment solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and resolve any issues related to fulfilment services.
  • Collaborate with logistics providers, technology vendors, and other partners to enhance service offerings.
  • Explore opportunities for strategic alliances that can drive growth.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client acquisition and fulfilment operations.
  • Provide regular reports to management on business development activities and results.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or logistics, preferably within the ecommerce sector.
  • Familiarity with fulfilment operations and supply chain management is a plus.
  • Understanding of ecommerce platforms and fulfilment technologies.
