Business Development Executive – FMCG Wholesale
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to manage and expand FMCG wholesale operations within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in packaged FMCG products, non-food items such as cream, toothpaste, and personal care / daily-use products, with a solid understanding of the UAE wholesale market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and grow FMCG wholesale and distribution business across the UAE Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, and retail partners Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure consistent sales growth Drive sales of packaged FMCG food & non-food products including personal care items Execute market expansion strategies and achieve monthly and annual sales targets Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and customer demand in the UAE Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations Ensure compliance with UAE regulations related to FMCG distribution and labeling
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in FMCG wholesale and distribution within the UAE Hands-on experience handling packaged FMCG products (food & non-food) Strong network with UAE wholesalers, distributors, supermarkets, and retailers
