Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive new business development across UAE (primary) and GCC (Oman, KSA, etc.)
- Promote warehouse automation solutions tailored to client needs
- Build relationships in target industries: food, logistics, manufacturing, cold chain, pharmaceuticals etc.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline
- Coordinate with HQ and third-party partners for solution delivery and support
- Represent the company at client meetings and industry events
Desired Candidate Profile
A successful Business Development Manager should have:
- Proven track record selling warehouse automation systems, including pallet handling, shuttle systems, conveyors, or WMS/WCS software
- Deep understanding of client needs in food & beverage, cold chain, pharmaceuticals or manufacturing environments
- Comfortable discussing technical aspects of automation solutions with operations and engineering teams
- Self-starter with the drive to build market presence from the ground up in a new region
- Skilled in consultative selling, relationship development, and closing complex B2B deals
- Arabic language is a plus but not required
