Roles & Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, acquire, and develop new IT clients in the UAE market.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers (HR, Procurement, IT Heads, Delivery Managers).
  • Generate new business opportunities in IT staffing, subcontracting, outsourcing, and payroll solutions.
  • Work closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
  • Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business deals.
  • Stay updated with UAE IT market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in business development within IT staffing in the UAE.
  • Strong network and relationships with UAE IT clients (direct clients, Govt clients, system integrators, large enterprises).
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Staffing background would be an added advantage.
