Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market
Generate revenue and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with transportation, fleet, and logistics companies
Promote and explain company services to potential clients
Develop strategies to expand the company’s blue-collar recruitment and manpower supply business
Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
Desired Candidate Profile
Business Development Manager – Logistics & Blue-Collar Sector (UAE)
Requirements:
Minimum 4+ years of experience in the UAE market
Strong experience in blue-collar segment business development
Must have a strong database of blue-collar clients
Proven ability to attract new clients and generate revenue
Experience in expanding company business and increasing market presence
Mandatory expertise in working with clients from transportation, fleet, and logistics sectors
Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills
Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals independently
Good understanding of UAE market trends and pricing strategies
Target-driven with strong communication and presentation skills
