Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager will focus on generating new business opportunities, opening new markets, and converting prospects into long-term clients. This role is execution-heavy and ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across assigned geographies and sectors.
Generate leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn, networking, events, and referrals.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, demos, and requirement discovery sessions.
Prepare proposals, pricing discussions, and follow-up communications.
Coordinate internally for pilot projects, trials, and client onboarding.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting.
Support strategic partnerships and proof-of-concept engagements.
Continuously track market trends, competitors, and client needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
4–8 years of experience in business development, sales, consulting, or enterprise solutions.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Comfort with targets, travel, and performance-based roles.
Experience in sustainability, technology, industrial, or manufacturing sectors is an advantage
