As Quiqup is about to enter a hyper growth phase and completely change and accelerate the E-com landscape of MENA. We are looking for a motivated, out of the box candidate who is ready to drive this hyper growth and be part of our story - actually lead it! We know that the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team. That’s why we’re seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth with enterprise-level clients across the UAE. This is a senior individual contributor role for a proven hunter who thrives in outbound sales, builds relationships with senior decision-makers in large conglomerates, and delivers consistently against ambitious revenue targets.

What you’ll be doing

  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with Enterprise and large e-commerce clients across the UAE.

  • Develop and execute a structured outbound sales strategy, including cold outreach, networking, face-to-face meetings, sales calls, and any other activities that help to generate and close deals

  • Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and pitching, to negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.

  • Effectively showcase Quiqup’s set of products and best practices through email, phone, pitch decks

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.

  • Close deals, activate your clients and manage them them during their ramp-up period.

  • Track pipeline progress using CRM tools, provide accurate forecasts, and meet/exceed quarterly sales quotas.

  • Stay on top of e-commerce, logistics, and last-mile industry trends to bring fresh insights to clients Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution design, proposals, and client handover.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experienced: You have 5+ years of proven success as a BDM in the UAE within the e-commerce or logistics industry.

  • Strong track record of selling to large clients and conglomerates (closing high value, multi-stakeholder deals).

  • Demonstrated ability as a true hunter; skilled in outbound sales, prospecting and building a pipeline from scratch.

  • Convincing & Reliable: You enjoy selling, negotiating, and delivering on what you promise. You demonstrated an ability to build strong relationships and generate genuine enthusiasm from prospects. You know how to make people like you, trust you, and buy from you.

  • Outstanding communication skills across all channels (phone, email, in-person meetings) and confidence in dealing with everyone from C-level executives to operational managers.

  • Resilient & Persistent: You handle rejection like a pro and keep pushing forward.

  • Willingness to go the extra mile to close deals and delight clients.

  • Target-Oriented: You love hitting ambitious goals and thrive under pressure.

  • You champion teamwork, as you will work closely with Customer support, operations, product and tech.

  • Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and AI for prospecting. High energy, passion, and motivation to excel in a fast-paced startup environment.
