Roles & Responsibilities

H2O is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our luxury property sales division. With a focus on primary and secondary luxury sales to high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) in the Dubai market, this role presents a unique opportunity for a seasoned real estate professional with a proven track record of success in luxury property sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-impact sales and business development strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets within the luxury property market.
  • Lead and inspire a dedicated team of luxury sales professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to deliver exceptional performance.
  • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, ensuring a seamless and successful transaction process for clients, from initial consultation to closing.
  • Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with HNWIs, key stakeholders, and investors to drive repeat business and referrals.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market, with expertise in catering to the HNWI clientele.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales in Dubai
  • Proven track record of successful sales to high-net-worth clients
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
