Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new B2B and private projects in the renovation and fit-out sector.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with facility management companies, developers, real estate firms, and private clients.
- Target and win projects in villas, buildings, hotels, restaurants, offices, clinics, and other high-end properties.
- Prepare and present company profiles, quotations, and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with management to refine business strategies and partnerships.
- Stay updated on market pricing, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
- Report regularly on sales pipeline, leads, and project forecasts.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of proven business development experience in Dubai (construction, renovation, and/or fit-out).
- Established network with B2B and private clients.
- Ability to provide confirmed leads upon joining the company.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident, professional, and able to work independently.
- UAE driving license and vehicle is a must
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
