Roles & Responsibilities

Role Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end business development from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Own tendering, techno-commercial proposals, negotiations, and final closures.
  • Negotiate long-term strategic alliances to support scalability and margin improvement.
  • Define project cost structures, margin benchmarks, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business through successful delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with project owners, developers, consultants, and PMC firms.
  • Strong EPC Sales, Tendering & Contract Negotiation expertise.

Qualification & Experience

Work Experience

  • Zero-to-one EPC business building Essential
  • 5 8 years of experience in EPC / Infrastructure / Industrial Projects / Energy / Marine / Utilities Essential
