Roles & Responsibilities
Role Summary :
Create, Lead & Grow a team of Direct Sales Unit ( Individual Life), driving Sales Performance.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth: Align branch operations with corporate goals and ensure quality sales.
Team Leadership: Recruit, manage, and develop a large sales force (25+).
Performance Management: Boost productivity through coaching and structured reviews.
Compliance: Enforce SOPs and UAE insurance regulations.
Retention: Strengthen policy renewal and retention processes.
Market Insights: Track competitors and regulatory changes.
Training: Deliver ongoing sales capability workshops.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years in UAE insurance with team leadership.
Skills: Strong communication; Arabic preferred.
Must have: Valid UAE driving license and a Car.
Education: Bachelor’s required; Master’s/insurance certifications preferred.
