Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries, while adhering to budget constraints and preferences.
- Prepare and format professional documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Conduct research and gather information for projects and reports, utilizing various online resources and databases.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendors, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in an administrative or business support role, with a minimum of 2-3 years.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Exhibits a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
