Job description: Purpose of the Job Aramex is seeking a proactive and results-driven Channel Manager to lead strategic partnerships within the oil & gas sector. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with key industry accounts, driving operational efficiency, and implementing growth strategies that align with Aramex s objectives in energy logistics and supply chain solutions. Your focus will be on enhancing collaboration across upstream, midstream, and downstream operations to deliver tailored transportation and logistics services that meet the complex demands of the oil & gas industry. Job Description Develop and execute business strategies to maximize revenue and expand Aramex s market presence through partnerships. Identify, recruit, and onboard new business partners, ensuring alignment with Aramex s business objectives and service offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support, training, and resources to enhance their performance. Analyze business performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, making data-driven recommendations for optimization. Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to create effective go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns that support business partners. Conduct regular performance reviews with partners to assess progress against targets and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to ensure Aramex remains competitive in business management. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on business performance, challenges, and opportunities. Ensure compliance with Aramex s policies and standards in all business activities. Job Requirements - Experience and Education Bachelor s degree in Business or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus. 6+ years of experience in business management, business development, or sales within the logistics and transportation industry. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
