Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies tailored to the UAE, Qatar & Saudi Arabia market, driving revenue growth through partner networks.

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing network of channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and system integrators.

  • Software and Cyber Security services Sales experience is must.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, providing them with ongoing support, training, and resources.

  • Drive partner sales performance by setting targets, monitoring progress, and implementing effective incentive programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in channel sales management, preferably within the Middle East market.

  • Experience in the IT industry, software, or technology sales is highly desirable.

  • Strong understanding of the Dubai business landscape, including market dynamics, cultural nuances, and partner ecosystems.
