Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute channel sales strategies tailored to the UAE, Qatar & Saudi Arabia market, driving revenue growth through partner networks.
Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing network of channel partners, including resellers, distributors, and system integrators.
Software and Cyber Security services Sales experience is must.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, providing them with ongoing support, training, and resources.
Drive partner sales performance by setting targets, monitoring progress, and implementing effective incentive programs.
Desired Candidate Profile
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in channel sales management, preferably within the Middle East market.
Experience in the IT industry, software, or technology sales is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of the Dubai business landscape, including market dynamics, cultural nuances, and partner ecosystems.
