Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Uphold food safety and hygiene protocols
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen flow
- Stay current with culinary trends and techniques
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings
Desired Candidate Profile
You should have:
- Minimum 3 5 years experience in upscale restaurants, lounges, or luxury hotels
- Strong background in high-volume kitchen operations
- Proven ability to execute dishes with precision and consistency
- Relevant culinary qualifications
- Fluent English communication skills
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Clear medical and criminal record
- Valid passport
