Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations
  • Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations
  • Uphold food safety and hygiene protocols
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen flow
  • Stay current with culinary trends and techniques
  • Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings

Desired Candidate Profile

You should have:

  • Minimum 3 5 years experience in upscale restaurants, lounges, or luxury hotels
  • Strong background in high-volume kitchen operations
  • Proven ability to execute dishes with precision and consistency
  • Relevant culinary qualifications
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Clear medical and criminal record
  • Valid passport
