Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook fast-food meals according to approved recipes and standards.

  • Develop and innovate new recipes to enhance the menu and stay ahead of market trends.

  • Supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

  • Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

  • Strictly adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).

  • Manage inventory and control waste to optimize costs.

  • Train new team members on procedures and hygiene standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in fast-food restaurants (minimum 3 years).

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to create and improve recipes while maintaining consistency.

  • In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and quality systems.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.

    Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience.

  • Food safety certifications (preferred).
