Roles & Responsibilities
- repare high-quality chocolate products with consistency and precision.
- Work with different types of chocolate and master tempering, molding, filling, and coating techniques.
- Develop new chocolate recipes, flavors, and product concepts.
- Produce cakes and baked goods with professional quality and creativity.
- Innovate and enhance current recipes for cakes, pastries, and chocolate items.
- Maintain quality control and ensure products meet brand standards.
- Stay updated on market trends and contribute new ideas for product development.
- Manage production processes efficiently and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in chocolate making and bakery production.
- Strong knowledge of chocolate behavior, tempering methods, and ingredient interactions.
- Skilled in baking cakes, pastries, and related items.
