Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work with different types of chocolate and master tempering, molding, filling, and coating techniques.
  • Develop new chocolate recipes, flavors, and product concepts.
  • Produce cakes and baked goods with professional quality and creativity.
  • Innovate and enhance current recipes for cakes, pastries, and chocolate items.
  • Maintain quality control and ensure products meet brand standards.
  • Stay updated on market trends and contribute new ideas for product development.
  • Manage production processes efficiently and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
