What You ll Do

* Create a blueprint for expanding cloud kitchen operations in Dubai in line with company strategy
* Lead business development, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale project management for Talabat Kitchens
* Manage food services financial statements, ensuring budgets are met and profitability is achieved
* Oversee new brand launches, construction projects, and operational initiatives
* Coordinate with logistics and customer experience teams to optimize site performance and order delivery
* Collaborate with the Senior Director Food Services to develop compelling business cases for new opportunities
* Identify kitchen expansion spaces based on location, size, accessibility, and cost criteria
* Manage day-to-day operations across multiple brands, ensuring health and safety standards, stock control, and site hygiene

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor s or MBA degree in Business, Marketing, or STEM disciplines from a top university
* 5 8 years of experience in growth, product management, consulting, internal strategy, or startups
* Prior experience in tech, e-commerce, food, or FMCG industries
* Strong background in managing cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives
* Deep knowledge of financial statements, planning, and investment proposals
* Skilled in analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel
* Ability to track key metrics, analyze complex data, and create action plans based on market conditions
* Strong understanding of cloud kitchens and restaurant operations
* Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging stakeholders, including senior leadership
