Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes under the supervision of senior chefs. • Ensure all food is prepared and served according to the restaurant’s standards and recipes. • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in all kitchen areas in accordance with food safety standards. • Prepare ingredients such as chopping vegetables, trimming meats, or making sauces. • Support other kitchen team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in Arabic and Egyptian cuisine is essential.

• Solid understanding of kitchen management, food costing, and portion control.

• Ability to perform well under pressure and during high-volume service.

• Fluency in Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus).

• Must have a valid QID.
