The Commis III (Continental) serves as a foundational member of the kitchen brigade. You will primarily assist senior chefs in the preparation and execution of diverse continental dishes. Daily responsibilities include maintaining workstation cleanliness, preparing raw ingredients, and ensuring that all food production adheres to strict health and safety standards. Because this role requires precision, you must demonstrate a passion for culinary excellence and a willingness to learn complex cooking techniques from seasoned international professionals.

This position offers a competitive monthly salary of SAR 1,800, which converts to approximately LKR 147,600 based on current exchange rates (1 SAR = 82 LKR). Furthermore, the role operates within a professional kitchen setting that emphasizes efficiency and teamwork.
