Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. High commission-only role with uncapped earning potential (no base salary)

  2. Generate new business opportunities across the UAE market

  3. Reach out to companies via LinkedIn, email, and phone

  4. Identify clients needing IT, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions

  5. Present and explain our services (Microsoft 365 backup, cloud, security)

  6. Book meetings and close deals independently

  7. Build and manage your own sales pipeline

  8. Consistently follow up with prospects to drive conversions

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Previous experience in B2B sales (IT / tech sales preferred)

  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills

  3. Self-motivated and comfortable working on a commission-only basis

  4. Based in UAE or strong understanding of the UAE market

  5. Proven ability to generate leads and close deals

  6. Hungry, driven, and results-oriented mindset

  7. Expected earnings: AED 5,000 – AED 30,000+ depending on performance
