Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are inviting expressions of interest for an experienced Contracts & Commercial Manager - Rail Systems, Power, Rolling Stock, Depot & Track (RSSTDP) to support a potential High-Speed Rail (HSR) programme in the UAE.
This role will manage commercial governance, contracts administration, and cost control for complex multidisciplinary engineering packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead contract administration for systems and infrastructure packages.
- Oversee cost planning, budgeting, and commercial reporting.
- Manage claims, variations, and contract negotiations under FIDIC frameworks.
- Support procurement and tendering for specialist rail systems.
- Provide commercial input to risk and change management processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, or Engineering. 15+ years of experience in commercial or contracts management within infrastructure/rail. Experience with FIDIC contracts is essential. HSR or Rail Systems experience preferred. UAE / GCC regional experience highly desirable.
