Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
-
Develop and implement the country strategy aligned with global business objectives.

Identify market opportunities and drive growth in recruitment and HR consulting services.

Build and position the company as a leading HR solutions provider in the local market.
Business Development
-
Generate new business opportunities with corporate clients.

Develop long-term relationships with key decision makers (CEOs, HR Directors, Talent Leaders).

Prepare and deliver proposals for recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR consulting services.

Achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Recruitment Operations
-
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for clients across multiple industries.
-
Ensure delivery of high-quality talent acquisition services including executive search, permanent recruitment, and contract staffing.

Implement best practices in candidate sourcing, screening, and assessment.
HR Consulting Services
-
Lead HR consulting projects such as:

Organizational restructuring

HR policy development
-
Talent management strategies
-
Compensation and benefits benchmarking

HR transformation initiatives

Provide strategic HR advisory services to client organizations.
Team Leadership

Build, manage, and mentor recruitment consultants and HR specialists.

Set performance goals and monitor team KPIs.

Foster a high-performance and collaborative culture.
Client Relationship Management
-
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
-
Ensure high client satisfaction and service quality.
-
Act as the senior point of contact for strategic accounts.
Operational Management
-
Manage country office operations including budgeting, reporting, and compliance.

Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and ethical recruitment standards.

Monitor financial performance and operational efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
8 12+ years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or HR consulting.
Proven experience in business development and client acquisition.
Previous leadership or country-level management experience is highly preferred.
