Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement the country strategy aligned with global business objectives.

  • Identify market opportunities and drive growth in recruitment and HR consulting services.

  • Build and position the company as a leading HR solutions provider in the local market.

Business Development

  • Generate new business opportunities with corporate clients.

  • Develop long-term relationships with key decision makers (CEOs, HR Directors, Talent Leaders).

  • Prepare and deliver proposals for recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR consulting services.

  • Achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Recruitment Operations

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for clients across multiple industries.

  • Ensure delivery of high-quality talent acquisition services including executive search, permanent recruitment, and contract staffing.

  • Implement best practices in candidate sourcing, screening, and assessment.

HR Consulting Services

  • Lead HR consulting projects such as:

    • Organizational restructuring

    • HR policy development

    • Talent management strategies

    • Compensation and benefits benchmarking

    • HR transformation initiatives

  • Provide strategic HR advisory services to client organizations.

Team Leadership

  • Build, manage, and mentor recruitment consultants and HR specialists.

  • Set performance goals and monitor team KPIs.

  • Foster a high-performance and collaborative culture.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

  • Ensure high client satisfaction and service quality.

  • Act as the senior point of contact for strategic accounts.

Operational Management

  • Manage country office operations including budgeting, reporting, and compliance.

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and ethical recruitment standards.

  • Monitor financial performance and operational efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree preferred).

8 12+ years of experience in recruitment, executive search, or HR consulting.

Proven experience in business development and client acquisition.

Previous leadership or country-level management experience is highly preferred.
