Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Client engagement & discovery
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and existing technology landscape
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and data analysis to identify opportunities for digital transformation across various business functions such as customer experience, operations, supply chain, finance
- Assess the maturity of the current technology landscape and identify gaps and areas for improvement
Strategy & solution development
- Develop comprehensive digital transformation strategies aligned with client business objectives
- Define target architectures, technology roadmaps, and implementation plans
- Assess, evaluate, and recommend technologies and platforms that align with business objectives, including cloud computing, AI/ML, data analytics, and CRM/ERP systems
- Develop business cases and ROI analyses to justify digital transformation initiatives
Implementation guidance & support
- Provide expert guidance and support throughout the implementation lifecycle of digital transformation projects
- Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and other communication materials to clients and internal teams
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues during implementation
Business development
- Support business development activities by participating in proposal development and client presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Desired Candidate Profile
Hold a bachelor s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field; a master s degree is a plus
- 3 to 5 years of experience in technology consulting, with a focus on digital transformation initiatives
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering digital transformation projects across various industries
- Deep understanding of a broad range of digital technologies and their application to business challenges
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in facilitating workshops and eliciting business requirements
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
- Familiarity with relevant methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
Hold certifications in relevant technologies or frameworks, such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, TOGAF, DAMA, or ITIL
Experience with change management principles and practices
