Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Director will design and lead enterprise-wide learning and leadership development strategies. This role will oversee leadership programs, talent acceleration, and capability frameworks. A key focus will be aligning learning initiatives with business strategy and future skill needs. The Director will work closely with senior leadership and HR partners. This role will also manage external learning partners and internal faculty models. Measurement of learning impact and ROI will be critical.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have senior experience in learning, leadership development, or organisational capability roles. Strong exposure to executive and leadership-level programs is essential. Experience in the UAE or regional markets is preferred. The candidate must demonstrate strong design capability, facilitation understanding, and executive credibility. A strategic yet practical mindset is required.
