Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end operations across Doctor on Call, Home Care, Clinics, and Hospital services

  • Design scalable operating models, SOPs, and governance frameworks
  • Manage 24/7 service delivery with a focus on quality, efficiency, and patient experience
  • Oversee clinic and hospital launches, including staffing, licensing, vendors, and go-live readiness
  • Drive business growth through partnerships, pricing, and service expansion
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, audits, quality assurance, and clinical governance
  • Build and lead multidisciplinary teams, driving performance and service excellence
  • Own operational budgets, KPIs, and financial performance
  • Contribute to strategy, investor readiness, and regional/international expansion

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in a Healthcare-related field (MBBS, Nursing, or equivalent) with an MBA in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is mandatory.

  • 12+ years of senior healthcare operations experience across Home Care, Clinics, and/or Hospitals, with strong UAE market exposure
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations, licensing, and compliance frameworks
  • Proven ability to scale healthcare operations and manage 24/7 service environments
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, revenue growth, and commercial strategy
  • Strong operational, financial, and commercial acumen
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
