Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Payroll Management

- Process monthly payroll using SAP and Excel with accuracy and timeliness.

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.


Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle; sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding .

- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.


Training & Development

- Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training programs.

- Monitor effectiveness and impact of training initiatives.


Performance Management System (PMS)

- Support implementation and monitoring of PMS processes.

- Assist in goal setting, appraisal cycles and feedback mechanisms.


UAE Labor Law Compliance

- Ensure HR practices align with UAE labor regulations.

- Handle employee relations and legal documentation.


Visa Processing

- Manage visa applications, renewals and cancellations.

- Liaise with PROs and government authorities for smooth processing.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

6–12 years of relevant HR experience.

Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and visa procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
