Key Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Ideal Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

8 10 years of experience in HR, organizational development, or consulting, with a focus on retention and engagement.

Strong knowledge of Emiratization strategies and workforce planning within the UAE.

Proven ability to develop and implement strategic programs that enhance employee experience.

Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
