Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads using various online tools, databases, and social media platforms. • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to build a pipeline of qualified prospects. • Reach out to potential customers via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages. • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information and activity logs. • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals. • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and route them to the appropriate sales team members. • Monitor and report on key metrics such as lead conversion rates, number of leads generated, etc. • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.

  • Holds relevant certifications in sales methodologies or ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Epicor, Infor, Oracle) is highly desirable.

  • Demonstrates 3+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on ERP/CRM solutions.

  • Has a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and closing complex deals.
