Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure efficiency.
- Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships.
- Provide executive support, including calendar management and travel coordination.
- Prepare documents and materials for meetings.
- Assist with HR tasks like onboarding and leave management.
- Support team engagement and internal events.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in office management and as an executive assistant.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information and work under pressure.
- Experience in DIFC or similar corporate environments is a plus.
