Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage the Chairman’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
  • Prepare and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
  • Coordinate and follow up on meetings, action items, and key decisions.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Assist in strategic planning by conducting research, data analysis, and preparing summaries.
  • Liaise with senior management, government entities, partners, and vendors as required.
  • Organize board meetings, executive meetings, and official events.
  • Screen calls, emails, and requests, prioritizing matters that require immediate attention.
  • Support special projects and assignments delegated by the Chairman.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Chairman’s office.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • Proven experience supporting C-suite or Chairman-level executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal confidently with senior stakeholders.
