Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and prioritization of messages.
Coordinate and manage the Chairman’s calendar, scheduling meetings and events while anticipating conflicts and optimizing time management.
Making minutes of the meetings and then following up on them.
Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring clarity and professionalism that align with the Chairman's vision.
Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Track key initiatives and deadlines to support effective decision-making.
Conduct research and compile information for strategic decision-making, providing insights that enhance the Chairman's understanding of key issues.
Should travel along with the Chairman to both National and International locations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA is a plus for strategic insight.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably within a corporate or high-level executive environment.
Prior experience in working closely with C-suite executives, showcasing an understanding of their work dynamics and expectations.
Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Willing to Travel for Business Trips.
Experience in the industry relevant to the company's core business, enhancing contextual understanding.
Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in an additional language is highly advantageous.
