Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations
- Design and execute authentic Lebanese menus
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
- Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and cost-control standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same field
- Proven experience in Lebanese cuisine, preferably in a reputable restaurant
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
- Ability to develop authentic menus and maintain high-quality standards
- Experience in pre-opening operations is an advantage
