Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all kitchen operations
  • Design and execute authentic Lebanese menus
  • Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
  • Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and cost-control standards

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same field

  • Proven experience in Lebanese cuisine, preferably in a reputable restaurant
  • Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
  • Ability to develop authentic menus and maintain high-quality standards
  • Experience in pre-opening operations is an advantage
