Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
Proactively identify, source, and acquire qualified buyers through multiple channels, including channel partners, real estate brokers, and referral networks.
Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract premium clientele aligned with real estate offerings.
Network Management
Build and nurture a strong network of real estate channel partners, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality leads.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead sourcing, partner performance, and conversion efficiency.
Market Analysis
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, pricing dynamics, and evolving customer preferences within the luxury real estate segment.
Leverage market intelligence to refine sourcing strategies and identify emerging opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Exceptional relationship-building, networking, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and performance metrics.
