Roles & Responsibilities

  • Master the art of Filipino cuisine, ensuring authenticity and flavor profiles are consistently met, while also innovating with modern techniques.
  • Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, from menu planning and food preparation to ensuring food safety standards are strictly adhered to.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment focused on culinary excellence.
  • Manage food inventory, control costs, and minimize waste to optimize profitability and maintain budget compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a culinary degree or diploma from a recognized culinary institution.
  • Holds relevant certifications in food safety and hygiene.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the culinary industry, specifically in Filipino cuisine.
  • Has a strong preference for candidates with experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurants.
