Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 systems.
- Conduct internal and external food safety audits.
- Identify food safety risks and lead corrective actions.
- Monitor sanitation, allergen control, pest control, and hygiene compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and staff training records.
- Collaborate with quality and production teams to ensure consistent safety protocols.
