Freelance Pre-Sales Engineer – AV Solutions (Commission-Based)
We are seeking a driven Freelance Pre-Sales Engineer / Business Development Specialist to generate and close AV projects across Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with strong industry connections and the ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitality and retail sectors
Meet clients, understand requirements, and propose suitable AV solutions
Prepare and present proposals, coordinate pricing, and close deals
Scope of Work:
Background music systems, multi-zone audio, digital signage, video walls, and indoor/outdoor AV installations
Compensation:
100% commission-based with high earning potential and no cap on income

Requirements:
Experience in AV, IT, or project sales
