Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We re looking to collaborate with experienced professionals who have a strong background in talent sourcing, executive research, and market mapping. This is a remote, project-based opportunity with a focus on leadership and specialized roles in the GCC region.
Scope of Work
- Conduct structured online research to identify potential talent
- Map professionals against defined role briefs and criteria
- Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to collect and organize data
- Share profiles in a clear, well-documented format using our templates
- Work asynchronously with our internal team on agreed deliverables
Engagement Details
This is a commission-based freelance collaboration. Contributions are recognized with:
- AED 5,000 for each approved profile that converts into a successful placement
- AED 1,000 for profiles that progress to second-stage interviews (when the role is ultimately filled through our submitted candidates)
Compensation is issued once client confirmation and payment are received.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in talent sourcing, research, or executive search
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter (or equivalent tools)
Knowledge of GCC talent markets
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
