  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven ability to source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 6 months in mass hiring

Language: Fluency in French is mandatory

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume customer service roles.
  • Conduct proactive sourcing using various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and events.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to align hiring needs and recruitment plans.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Participate in initiatives to support the talent pipeline and employer branding.
