Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as the main coordinator between the Business Centre and other divisions, overseeing daily operations, supporting tasks, and ensuring timely communication for smooth functioning.


  • Support property viewings, leases, and renewals; greet clients professionally; promote upgrades and cross-selling; and assist in converting Business Centre promotions.
    Prepare and maintain reports, monitor maintenance, manage meeting rooms, promote services, oversee inventory, support events, track client occupancy, manage IT support, ensure tenant satisfaction, and maintain visitor logs

  • Manage reports, maintenance, IT support, and daily operations.

  • Oversee meeting rooms, office occupancy, and inventory.

  • Promote services, support events, and ensure tenant satisfaction.

  • Understand and promote existing and new products, stay aware of market trends, and address members’ needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor Degree

  • 4-5 years experience in front office administration/customer service in a fast paced environment

  • Language Skills: Very good command over English, both written and spoken

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Problem Solving Skills

  • Action Oriented Customer Focused
