Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan aligned with the company s long-term vision.
• Expand the company s presence in core markets including General Contracting, MEP, industrial engineering, and specialized infrastructure.
• Identify and secure high-value contracts and partnerships to accelerate revenue growth.
• Ensure efficient delivery of engineering projects with a focus on cost control, quality assurance, and timely completion.
• Oversee project management frameworks, contract administration, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Champion innovation through engineering best practices and digital transformation initiatives.
• Drive profitability through robust financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow optimization.
• Monitor P&L performance and ensure alignment with business goals and shareholder expectations.
• Identify operational, market, and regulatory risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Represent the organization in high-level negotiations, industry forums, and strategic partnerships.
• Strengthen relationships with key clients, government agencies, and sector influencers.
• Lead business development efforts to capture major EPC, infrastructure, and energy projects.
• Uphold the highest standards of governance, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain strong internal controls and reporting structures.
• Provide actionable insights to the Group CEO and Board of Directors to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead a high-performing executive team that drives innovation, agility, and operational excellence.
