Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Own the global HR budget, headcount budget, and workforce planning processes, including follow-up and variance analysis. Establish a strong partnership with the Finance department & the Business to align planning and reporting.

Oversee all HR reporting needs across the various Centres of Expertise & Entities. Provide decision-making support to management via data & HR analytics.

Act as the owner of core HR data, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance across the organization.

Lead and animate the HR community on HR Controlling and data-related topics, fostering best practice sharing and consistency.

Drive and manage the full compensation cycle, including the annual budget process, bonus schemes, individual merit increases, retention plans and performance-related pay.

Prepare executive compensation packages and offers, utilizing both internal and external benchmarks to ensure market competitiveness and equity.

Maintain, update, and communicate global Compensation and Salary Grid guidelines to the HR community, especially HR representatives in the Properties.

Own and pilot the global Benefits policy for both the Corporate Office and all Properties.

Oversee rewards-related reporting and compliance, including contributions to ESGreporting.

  • A minimum of 6 to 8 years of progressive experience in HR, with a significant focus on HR Controlling, Compensation & Benefits, or Total Rewards.
  • Proven experience in a corporate or global HR management role is essential.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading global, cross-functional projects and managing organizational change initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret Finance, HR metrics and data to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Excellent proficiency in HRIS and related data management and reporting tools.
  • Solid understanding of international labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Play a leadership role in project management and change initiatives for HR processes over the coming years.
  • Possess the ability to establish, apply, and deploy new processes and frameworks throughout the global organization, while maintaining an agile Start-up mentality.
  • A solid, experienced profile with a strong & Hands-on ; work ethic and the ability to dive into details and execution.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage, influence, and train HR teams, business leaders, and diverse stakeholders globally.
