Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic & Business Planning
Develop detailed business plans for new initiatives and existing programs including strategic presentations (PowerPoint) and financial models (Excel), which support decision-making and program advocacy
Support evaluation of growth opportunities across Earth Observation, Smart Mobility, and AI verticals through structured market, competitive, and financial analyses.
Build investment cases and scenario models to support strategic decisions and ExCom or Board
Translate strategic initiatives into execution roadmaps, KPIs, and financial outcomes.
Play a direct or support role in incubation of key growth initiatives

Analytical & Operational Support
Deliver fast-turnaround analyses and deliverables on high-priority topics driven by the COO or CEO.
Conduct financial forecasting, valuation, and sensitivity analyses for projects and potential partnerships.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Finance, Engineering, AI, Mobility) to align operational progress with strategic intent.
Support the preparation of proposals, memos, and presentations to external partners, government entities, and investors.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as an analytical and strategic support partner within the Growth Team, ensuring alignment across Smart Solutions initiatives.
Work with Space42 Group functions (Strategy, Finance, Corporate Development, and Operations) to assess new opportunities and synergies.
Participate in due diligence and business case preparation for joint ventures, partnerships, and investments relevant to Smart Solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education
Bachelor s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, STEM.
Master s degree (MSc/MBA) from a top institution preferred.

Professional Experience
2 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking / corporate finance, or with Strategy / Growth teams in corporate.
Proven ability to independently develop business cases, financial models, and strategic presentations.
Prior exposure to technology, aerospace, AI, or mobility industries preferred.
Strong foundation in corporate finance, valuation, and market analysis.
Experience in the Middle East region is advantageous.

Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel able to deliver high-quality materials suitable for senior leadership.
Solid grounding in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data interpretation.
Comfort with complex technical or analytical concepts (e.g., AI, EO, or autonomous systems) and ability to translate them into clear business narratives.

Soft Skills
Highly analytical, structured thinker with strong attention to detail.
Confident communicator with strong storytelling and stakeholder engagement skills.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver on tight deadlines.
Excellent written and spoken English.
