Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients, including owners, developers, hotel operators, consultants, and contractors.
  • Act as the primary front-facing representative of Grand Evo in all client interactions.
  • Understand client requirements and position Grand Evo’s end-to-end procurement solutions accordingly.
  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities across hospitality and large-scale developments.
  • Develop and maintain a strong business development pipeline.
  • Conduct market research to track industry trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activity.
  • Target consistent outreach and regular new client meetings to expand market presence.
  • Prepare and deliver company capability presentations and project-specific pitches.
  • Lead preparation of proposals, including scope of services, timelines, commercials, and value propositions.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure proposals reflect accurate procurement strategy, pricing, and delivery approach.
  • Work closely with procurement, sourcing, QA/QC, logistics, and installation teams for smooth project initiation.
  • Lead internal and client kick-off meetings after project award.
  • Ensure accurate handover of client requirements, scope, and expectations to delivery teams.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets.
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Maintain discipline in CRM usage, reporting accuracy, and activity tracking.
  • Operate in a high-ownership role with measurable revenue targets and accountability.
  • Support key clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction.
  • Attend project meetings where required and maintain ongoing client communication.
  • Support collection of appreciation letters, references, and repeat business opportunities.
  • Represent Grand Evo at client meetings, site visits, industry events, and networking forums.
  • Support brand positioning and market visibility in coordination with marketing.
  • Maintain and leverage professional networks to enhance company reputation and deal flow.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, project reviews, and events as required by the role and business needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrates exceptional negotiation and deal-making skills, with a keen understanding of contract law and financial modeling.

  • Exhibits strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a high-performing team.

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Arabic, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Possesses a master's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • Possesses a deep understanding of the hospitality market landscape, including key players, trends, and regulations.

  • Exhibits strong personal qualities such as strategic thinking, relationship building, and a results-oriented approach.

  • Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
